When you place an order on StoryPop, you are making an offer to purchase a product. The contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or operational reasons — and will issue a full refund if we do.

For photo print orders, you are responsible for reviewing your uploaded photos before placing the order. We print exactly what you upload. We are not responsible for errors in the photos you selected or quality issues caused by low-resolution uploads.

All prices on StoryPop are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of checkout is the price you pay.

Payments are processed by Cashfree, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment.

Coupon codes are applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed. Only one coupon code applies per order.

You retain full ownership of all photos you upload. By uploading photos to StoryPop, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use those photos solely for the purpose of printing and fulfilling your order. This licence expires when your order is dispatched.

You confirm that you own or have the right to print all photos you upload. You must not upload photos that:

• You do not own or have permission to use
• Contain nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence
• Infringe on any third-party copyright or trademark
• Depict illegal activity

We reserve the right to cancel orders containing such photos without refund.

Our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data (photos, order info) due to technical failure beyond our control
• Indirect losses including loss of profit or sentimental value
• Delays caused by courier partners
• Errors in photos or information you provided

This does not limit your statutory rights under Indian consumer protection law.
