We accept JPEG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC. You can upload up to 100 photos at once. For best print quality, use photos with at least 1200×1200px resolution.

Mini prints (3×2 inch, ₹10/print) are great for scrapbooks and journals. Classic Retro prints (4×3 inch, ₹15/print) are the standard polaroid size for frames and walls. Micro prints (1.5×2 inch, ₹7/print) are the tiniest — perfect for bullet journals and planners.

Yes. After uploading, you can set the quantity for each individual photo before adding to cart.

No — kits, sticker packs, washi tape, journals, and albums are physical products that ship as-is. Only photo print products (Mini, Classic Retro, Micro, Square, Photo Strip) require you to upload photos.

Custom photo prints are non-returnable (they're made to order). However, if there's a quality issue — wrong colors, damage in transit, printing defect — we will reprint them free of charge.

Upload high-resolution photos (min 1200×1200px) for best results. Screenshots and compressed social media images can look pixelated when printed. When in doubt, upload the original from your camera roll.

Your photos are stored on encrypted cloud storage and are automatically deleted once your order is marked dispatched. We do not keep copies of your photos.

Yes. All payments are processed by Cashfree — a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.
