When we dispatch

Orders placed and paid before 12:00 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders after noon go out the next working day.

Photo print orders require us to print your photos first — this takes 1–3 hours. Kit, journal, and sticker orders are packed and dispatched immediately.

Working days

Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM IST. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to courier issues, local holidays, or weather.

How we pack your order

Photo prints are sandwiched between two layers of 7-ply cardboard and sealed in a padded courier envelope — they cannot bend in transit. Kits, journals, and albums are bubble-wrapped before boxing. Gift box orders get ribbon-tied presentation packaging.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, take a photo before opening it fully and contact us at support@storypop.in within 24 hours. We’ll reship at no cost.

Tracking your order

Once dispatched, you’ll receive your AWB (tracking) number by SMS and email. You can also use the Track Order page on StoryPop using your order number or phone number. Tracking updates every few hours.

International shipping

We currently only ship within India. International shipping is not available. If you’re outside India and want to order, WhatsApp us at +91 91642 10205 — we may be able to arrange something.
