How Do I Actually Use Journaling Prompts With Photos?
Pick a system and keep it low-friction: one prompt per day with your morning coffee, or one per journal spread next to a photo. Write the prompt at the top of the page in pen — it makes the page feel started, which is half the battle.
Pair prompts with prints: a mini polaroid plus prompt #12 ("What you can't see in this photo is…") is a complete journal page in five minutes. The Travel Memory Journal has guided spreads built in if you want the structure done for you.
